Poyais One is a software service delivered entirely online (SaaS). No physical products are sold and nothing is shipped; delivery times, shipping fees and delivery addresses therefore do not apply.
• Subscription plans: Your plan is activated on your account automatically as soon as your payment is approved. Delivery takes place electronically within a few minutes of payment approval.
• Credit packages: Purchased credits are added to your account's credit balance as soon as the payment is approved.
• Access: You access the service with your own account at app.poyaisone.com. No installation or physical delivery is required.
If your payment was approved but your service was not activated, email hello@poyaisone.com; the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible, and if it cannot be resolved your payment will be refunded in full.
The Starter and Professional plans begin with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required for the trial. You are not charged anything during the trial; you move to a paid plan only when you choose to. The Enterprise plan is offered under a custom quote and agreement.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the period you select.
• Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the fee is charged to your saved card.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
• Credit packages you purchase remain in your balance independently of your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason. To cancel, use the "Cancel Subscription" option under Account > Billing in your dashboard, or email hello@poyaisone.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep using the service until the end of that period, and no further payment is taken once it ends.
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Nevertheless, Poyais One offers its customers the following refunds:
• Subscription fees: If you request it within 14 days of your first paid payment, the full amount you paid is refunded.
• Credit packages: If you have not used a credit package at all, it is refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packages are not refunded; the remaining credits stay available in your account.
• Renewal payments: No refunds are issued for periods after the first 14 days. In that case, cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Service failure: If a service you paid for could not be provided for a reason attributable to us, the fee for that period is refunded without any time limit.
• Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Use are not refunded for the remaining period.
Send your refund request to hello@poyaisone.com from the email address registered to your account, stating the payment date and the reason for the refund.
• We review your request and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days at the latest.
• Approved refunds are made to the same card used for the payment; no payments are made to any other account.
• We forward the refund amount to the bank within 14 days at the latest. How long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank and usually takes a few business days.
• No fees or deductions are charged for the refund.
If you feel your request has not been resolved, consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts at their place of residence under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. This does not remove any protections you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
These terms apply together with the Distance Sales Agreement and the Terms of Use.
