Poyais One is a marketing intelligence SaaS platform provided by Poyais Digital Reklamcılık ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi. The platform provides integrations with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, ChatGPT Ads, Criteo, RTB House, Shopify and Adjust, together with AI-powered analytics, weekly reports and campaign optimization recommendations. Available integrations may be added, modified or discontinued over time.
• A valid email address is required to register for the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• An account may only be used by one person; account sharing is prohibited.
• Use of the platform by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Probing or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Sending excessive requests via automated tools (rate limiting violations).
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Conducting illegal activities through the platform.
• Sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Actions that could damage the platform infrastructure.
• Plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice, and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
• The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card.
• Billing begins at the end of the trial period; cancel beforehand if you do not wish to continue.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
• Payments are taken by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of iyzico, a licensed payment institution, in the amount and currency shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
• Purchases are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement.
• Billing information can be updated in your profile settings.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund terms are set out in the Delivery and Refund Policy; outside those terms, no refunds are issued for partial periods.
• In the event of service outages due to technical failures, proportional credits may be granted.
• Poyais Digital Reklamcılık ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi may suspend or terminate an account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of Section 3 (Prohibited Use), non-payment, or any use that threatens the security, integrity or lawful operation of the platform.
• Where circumstances reasonably permit, we will notify you before suspension and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach.
• In the event of termination for breach, no refund is issued for the remaining billing period.
• For refund requests, please contact hello@poyaisone.com.
• The platform operates with a 99% uptime target.
• Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.
• In the event of unexpected outages, service will be restored as quickly as possible.
• Outages caused by third-party integrations (Google, Meta) are outside the scope of this guarantee.
• All rights to the platform, interface design and content belong to Poyais Digital Reklamcılık ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi.
• Users retain the rights to the data they upload to the platform.
• The Poyais One brand and logo may not be used without permission.
• The platform is provided "as is".
• No guarantees are made regarding the performance of your advertising campaigns.
• No liability is accepted for losses arising from the application of AI recommendations.
• No liability is accepted for disruptions caused by changes to third-party platforms (Google, Meta).
In respect of the advertising, analytics and commerce data that you connect to or upload into the platform, you act as the data controller and Poyais Digital Reklamcılık ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi acts as the data processor. Poyais Digital Reklamcılık ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi processes such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and in accordance with your instructions, and does not sell such data or use it to train third-party models. Where you process the personal data of individuals located in Türkiye or the European Economic Area, you are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for that processing. A separate Data Processing Agreement is available on request at hello@poyaisone.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Türkiye) shall have jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, which continue to apply to you.
These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: 27 September 2026
